By opening an account, you further acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with trading leveraged financial instruments. Trading is not suitable for all individuals; you should only participate if you are financially able to sustain potential losses.
2. Account Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update AlveronFX of any changes. Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
You also warrant that funds deposited with AlveronFX are not derived from, or connected to, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. AlveronFX shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account information.
4. Services Provided
AlveronFX offers access to trading instruments including Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, and Digital Assets. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific trading outcomes. Market conditions, technical issues, or regulatory changes may affect service availability.
5. Risks of Trading
Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Leveraged trading can magnify both gains and losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
We strongly advise that you only trade with risk capital—funds you can afford to lose—and consider seeking independent financial advice if necessary.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits must be made through approved payment methods and in the account holder’s name. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the original source of funding. AlveronFX reserves the right to request identity verification and additional documentation before processing withdrawals.
7. Funds, Bonuses, and Dormant Accounts
From time to time, AlveronFX may offer promotional credits or bonuses, which are subject to specific terms and conditions. Profits generated solely from bonus funds may be adjusted or revoked if stipulated requirements are not met. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee after a specified period.
8. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your transactions or account usage. All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to execution.
9. Service Availability and Force Majeure
While AlveronFX strives to ensure reliable service, we shall not be held liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Extreme market volatility
Exchange closures
Power or network failures
Cyberattacks
Industrial action
Natural disasters
Under such circumstances, we may suspend or restrict access to services without liability.
10. Prohibited Regions and Jurisdiction
AlveronFX services are not available in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether using our services complies with local laws and regulations. Access to our platform does not imply that such use is legal in your country or region.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trademarks, and branding on the AlveronFX platform are the exclusive property of AlveronFX or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or any behavior that may harm the platform or other users.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlveronFX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from trading decisions, market movements, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.
14. Amendments
AlveronFX may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure by AlveronFX to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
